Ellen Taylor, LPC, ACS

Counselor & Approved Clinical Supervisor

I have an interest in working with individuals in early adulthood, and those in major life transitions. I feel passionate about helping all individuals, particularly women, live more authentic lives. Women are often viewed as caretakers and multi-taskers in a variety of different roles both in the home and workplace. Transitions in life, and other life events can be scary, and often times individuals find they may need some support. Feelings of anxiety, depression, or other uncomfortable emotions are all so normal, but can impact our lives in many different ways.

I truly believe that by developing a strong partnership, utilizing their strengths and resources, people can face challenges and reach goals. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, along with several other modalities to assist individuals with shifting their lives to be more aligned with their personal values.

I do not take myself all that seriously, but take the work I do very seriously. I love having the opportunity to help others along the path toward their truest self. Together we can navigate these changes in a healthy and proactive way. I would be honored to be alongside you in your journey.

Stacy Liegel, LCSW

Social Worker & Certified Clinical Supervisor

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, providing a safe and judgment free space to explore any of the challenges you may be facing. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, person centered, and strengths-based therapy. My work is guided by psychosocial theory, systems theory, and attachment theory. While these forms of therapy are my preferences, I am also able to make adjustments in order to establish the most comfortable therapeutic space for you. Together we will determine the best treatment plan in order to meet your specific needs.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, self-harm, suicidal ideations, and severe mental illnesses. I aim to be honest and direct with my clients throughout their time with me and appreciate the feedback given. I have a long history of working with the mentally ill, developmental disabilities, and those in crisis who are often experiencing suicidal ideations. For the last 4+ years I have been working in a psychiatric emergency room, assisting people who are experiencing a mental health crisis. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, going to the beach, and engaging in my hobbies.

It takes a lot of bravery to seek out help and I congratulate you on making it this far. If you are ready to get to work and feel that I am the appropriate therapist for you I look forward to having the opportunity to accompany you through your journey.
